Being a new parent is exhausting!

I've been there myself
When your baby isn't sleeping, it's natural to feel lost and frustrated.
Your nerves are on edge, clear thinking becomes a challenge, and it’s likely you can’t remember the last time you felt truly rested or like your usual self.
With my first, sleep was elusive. I vividly recall feeling completely drained overwhelmed, and unable to cope, yet the thought of letting my baby cry it out for hours was unimaginable.
I assure you, there's a solution that gentle and ensures you won't feel like you're neglecting your baby.
Our Story
When my daughter was born in 2020, I was filled with joy at becoming a new mom, but anxiety crept in with the world shutting down. Nevertheless, she arrived and was perfect in every way, and I couldn't wait to embrace every aspect of motherhood.
However, when she four months old, Lana would. not. sleep. Having just returned to full-time work as an RN, I couldn't spend all night rocking, nursing, holding her to sleep.
I needed to be well-rested for work, and my baby also needed to sleep at night.
I found myself at a crossroads, realizing something had change.
So what did I do?
I researched & I researched some more
This is when I found Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting
This is where I learned a gentle approach to sleep. Lana fell asleep without having to cry-it out
&&
Now I want to help other parents have access to the same gentle, nurturing approach.
